The application says I have to choose a meal plan, but I'm not a freshman (it won't let me continue with the application until I select a meal plan, and I don't want one).
When do we get our lottery numbers?; I know the 3 people I want to room with next year, so do we each fill out an application and write each others' G-numbers, or does just one of us fill out the application and list everyone's G-numbers?

Everyone must select a meal plan at RAP. You should be give the option after RAP to change you meal plan to something else. We do not know where you are going to live and some areas require a meal plan.
