George Mason University students are expected to abide by all federal, state, and local laws. Alleged violations of these laws will be referred to the appropriate court or law enforcement authority. Violations of applicable laws may also result in George Mason University action.

All George Mason University residents are expected to know and conduct themselves in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Housing & Dining Services Agreement. As a resident, it is your responsibility to know and abide by all University and Housing regulations.
