Bookstore
You now have many ways to buy your textbooks: Come into the bookstore and browse for yourself. Reserve online and pick them up in the bookstore. Buy online and have them shipped directly to your door or even download them.
CUE Bus
The city's CUE Bus system not only provides regularly scheduled, low-cost service to George Mason University, to shopping centers and other locations within the City of Fairfax, but also serves as a feeder network to the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metrorail Station.
Dining Services
George Mason Dining Services is proudly managed by Sodexho Campus Services, a member of the Sodexho Alliance, an international contract services organization. The managers and chefs each bring a unique blend of experiences and education to their work at Mason. Many of the successes we've had at this university can be attributed to the relative stability of the management team in comparison with similar organizations. Our Regional and General Management know the value of a team that knows each other and the territory well.
ITU Support
The mission of the ITU Support Center, a department of Technology Support Services, is to anticipate and creatively meet the evolving technological needs of the George Mason University community. We will meet these needs with an emphasis on professional and friendly customer service and in support of excellence in learning and teaching.

Mason Money/Meal Plan
Several meal plan options are available for the student with a kitchen! Patriot Meal plans are geared toward the student who enjoys the all-you-can eat atmosphere and the Freedom Plus plan is for the student with the a la carte appetite that may eat most on-campus meals at retail campus restaurants. Both types of plans work well for students in and out of campus residences who are not required to have a meal plan but want to continue to reap the benefits of quality, convenience and value to be discovered using a meal plan on campus.
Patriot Computers
Purchasing a computer or other technology products can be confusing. Patriot Computers helps you buy the right products at the right price. An abundance of advertisements and options, make it difficult to understand what you may need. Patriot Computers is here, conveniently located on the Fairfax campus, to guide you through the many choices, helping you choose the right products for your needs.
ResTech
They will give resident students one-on-one assistance with getting your computer connected to the Mason network. They will assist and teach you how to deal with spyware, virus, and trojan issues. Where wireless networks are available, they’ll help you get your laptop/notebook connected to the wireless network. They will help you with problems with applications software like Word or e-mail, operating systems, printers. (They cannot help you with hardware problems with your computer or printer, but they can help to determine if you have a hardware problem and refer you to appropriate resources. TV Channel Lineup
George Mason has contracted with Campus TeleVideo to provide content for the Fairfax Campus cable plant. This new service started on January 4th, 2006.
In May/June 2006, the physical cable plant will be upgraded to provide over 100 channels of content. At that time, there will be a complete channel line up change to more closely reflect the local cable company's channel line up.

University Services is organized as a family of programs that consists of both contracted services and self-operated activities. Our primary goal is to provide services and activities that complement and enhance student learning and provide necessary support to the Academic Community.
Voicemail Help
George Mason provides local phone service (no hook-up fee or monthly charge) and individual voice-mail service for each resident. There has been sharp decline in the use of campus voicemail in the past few years. While voice mail is still available at no additional cost on your residence hall phone, it will not automatically be activated unless you specifically request it. If you would like to have voicemail on your residence hall phone line, you must request it on-line here: http://tsd.gmu.edu/net/Forms/Student_voicemail_request.html. Once a request is submitted, voicemail activation will take about 3 days.
