Lounge Reservations

We have a limited number of lounge spaces within our residence halls that can be rented for use during camps and conferences.

Groups are REQUIRED to reserve lounge space ($50 per room, per day) for any planned or impromptu organized gatherings. Please make your lounge space request when you request your other accommodations; lounges fill up quickly! Early requests also help us best meet your needs. If you get here and find that you would like to reserve an open lounge, please make your request through the Conference Coordinator or at an Area Desk.

Individual guests may use lounge spaces as places to relax, study, or watch TV if the space is not reserved by a group or needed by staff.

Guests are responsible for leaving lounges and the items in them in the same (or better!) condition.

The lounge spaces that we have available are described on the area pages. The furniture described is tentative, as it is sometimes moved to another room. If you have a specific furniture need, please state this in your lounge request.
